Shamanic Journey & Inka Ceremony

This event promises to be soul nourishing and transformative! After a shamanic journey in the EESystem, we’ll be participating in an Inka Despacho Ceremony, which is a traditional Andean ritual from the Q’ero people of Peru. It is often described as a living prayer or offering to create harmony, balance, and gratitude with the natural and spiritual world. Here’s a clear description for someone new to the practice: In a Despacho Ceremony, a shaman or practitioner creates a mandala-like offering, called a despacho, using a variety of natural items such as coca leaves, flowers, seeds, sweets, and other symbolic elements. Each item is carefully chosen to represent intentions, gratitude, or requests for blessings, healing, or balance. The ceremony is rooted in ayni, the Andean principle of reciprocity, emphasizing a mutual exchange with the Earth (Pachamama), the mountains (Apus), and other spiritual energies.
